ColiMail is built with privacy as a core principle. We believe your email data belongs to you and you alone.

Data Storage

• All email data is stored locally on your device in SQLite databases
• Your passwords and OAuth tokens are stored in your operating system's secure keychain (Windows Credential Manager, macOS Keychain)
• We do not have access to your email content, credentials, or any personal information

No Telemetry

• ColiMail does not collect usage statistics
• No analytics or tracking
• No crash reports sent to remote servers
• No user behavior monitoring

Network Connections

ColiMail only makes network connections to:

• Your email servers (IMAP/SMTP) for sending and receiving emails
• OAuth providers (Google, Microsoft) when using OAuth authentication
• Update checks (optional, can be disabled in settings)

Open Source

ColiMail is open source software. You can review our code on GitHub to verify our privacy claims.

Website Analytics

This website (colimail.com) does not use analytics or tracking cookies. We respect your privacy both in the application and on our website.
